A trip out west is an iconic family vacation that every parent hopes to take with their children. Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, and Scottsdale are memorable spots that can be fun for both kids and adults.

Las Vegas

You may not think of Vegas as a family destination but it can be an engaging and unforgettable trip for everyone if you choose the right hotel and location. The hotels in Las Vegas are more than just a place to lay your head at night - they are a destination!

Your kids will enjoy visiting the fantasy land of themed Vegas hotels.  Check out the Eiffel Tower at The Paris Hotel and visit the restaurants to sample their crepes and croissants.

Visit the Venetian Hotel to sample gelato and take a gondola ride. Head to the Bellagio to visit their Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and finish your tour by watching the Bellagio Fountain Display - your kids will be amazed! We can help arrange VIP seating to enhance the experience.

After you finish hotel hopping, there is still plenty more to do. The Adventure Dome inside the Circus Circus Hotel is an indoor theme park, complete with roller coasters, arcades, and midway games. More thrill rides can be found at New York, New York hotel, and the Skypod atop The Strat hotel has thrill rides and an observation deck for an amazing view of Las Vegas.

If you have teens that love to shop, an afternoon at the Fashion Show is a must, with its supersize stores of many popular brands.

In the heat of the Vegas summer afternoon, the hotel pool is the place to be.  We can help you find a family-friendly spot and one of our favorites is at  Wynn Las Vegas, where our clients always receive VIP status and complimentary benefits.  We can even arrange a private cabana to top off a special day.

We can also help you find a hotel with club lounge access to complete your family experience, where kids can grab complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Palazzo tower at The Venetian has the best club lounge with an amazing selection of food.

Grand Canyon

After a few days spent taking in the excitement of Las Vegas, you can travel to the Grand Canyon to cross off another item from your family bucket list. Choosing where to stay can be overwhelming, but we can help put you in the right location.

If you wish to stay in a national park hotel, know that they are often booked out 6 months to a year in advance. The views are stunning but the hotels can be more rustic than some travelers desire.  We weigh the beauty of staying at the Grand Canyon versus your criteria for lodging.  With enough lead time we can find the right hotel, so planning far in advance is key.

When planning activities, knowing what kind of experience you want is very important. For the outdoor enthusiast, the options are exciting and limitless. We can plan activities that include Helicopter rides above the Grand Canyon, boat trips, hiking, biking or multiple day camping trips down the colorado river. And if you are a family that wants to spend more time in the national parks, we can combine the Grand Canyon with a visit to Arches National Park and Monument Valley.
