Booking a hotel with Luxe Hotels by LTDT is simple! You can search for availability, check room rates, and confirm reservations online using LTDT’s custom Virtuoso Booking Portal.

Get started by clicking the “book online” link above from a desktop computer. You’ll be redirected to the booking portal where you can enter your search criteria (if you are using an ipad or mobile device, it will first say “find a hotel”. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on “full site” and then proceed as above). To view rates and availability, select your preferred hotel from the search results. This will display the available room categories and rates along with your complimentary LTDT Virtuoso amenities included with your booking.

When you’re ready to confirm your booking, select the red “book” button next to your preferred room category. If it’s your first time booking, you will be asked to create an account. You will complete your reservation and our team will receive the confirmation and contact the hotel with your preferences.

If you’ve never used Luxe Hotels by LTDT, please complete our client profile form after you finish your reservation. This will enable us to tailor your requests and communicate them to the hotel to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded.

+ i’m traveling within the next 24 hours. Can i use luxe hotels by ltdt ?

The booking tool does not allow for bookings made within 24 hours of travel. You also cannot cancel or change a booking via the Virtuoso Booking Portal. Please contact us directly at hotels@livethedreamtravel.com if you need to change or cancel your reservation or have a last minute request.

+ can luxe hotels by ltdt arrange transfers, dinners, etc ?

Once your hotel is confirmed, we offer two options for those who wish to book transfers, dinner reservations, spa appointments and the like. We are happy to connect you with the hotel directly to assist you or we also offer our concierge planning service at a rate of $150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

+ are there any fees associated with booking through luxe hotels by ltdt ?

There are no fees associated with booking through this platform, however, we do reserve the right to charge for last minute bookings or excessive changes/cancellations.

Last-minute bookings: $75 fee per booking for inquiries received within 7-days of travel.

Changes and cancellations: we certainly understand and expect cancellations will occur and do our best to accommodate without charging a fee in those instances. In the event that cancellations or changes become excessive, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee per instance in cases of excessive change or cancel requests.

+ what if i am having trouble completing my booking ?

If you are attempting to book on a mobile device or ipad, try using a desktop computer instead. If you don't have access to a desktop computer, you can use the tool by scrolling to the bottom of the LTDT Virtuoso Hotel Booking Portal and clicking on "full site".
