Luxe Hotels is a resource for clients to make hotel reservations for simple trips - when you know where you want to stay, and the expertise of our travel advisor team isn’t needed. This hotel program is free of any planning fees while still offering VIP perks and amenities due to our relationships with luxury hotels worldwide.

Booking hotels via Luxe Hotels offers benefits which you typically do not receive if you book on your own. Complimentary amenities may include room upgrades, daily breakfast, welcome treats, and hotel credits (usually ~ $100) at our partner hotels.

Simply screenshot the offer and email it to hotels@livethedreamtravel.com. We will reach out to our hotel partners to request a rate match. If you are concerned about losing a special offer or of losing the "last" room, we recommend booking directly on the hotel site and forwarding the confirmation to hotels@livethedreamtravel.com to see if we can add the perks.

If you need assistance, selecting a hotel, complete the hotel request form. Our consulting charge for selecting a hotel is $200 per location. For complex itineraries with multiple hotels and logistics, complete the travel planning inquiry form.

The booking tool does not allow for bookings made within 24 hours of travel.

Once your hotel is confirmed, we offer two options for those who wish to book transfers, dinner reservations, spa appointments and the like. We are happy to connect you with the hotel directly to assist you or we also offer our concierge planning service at a rate of $150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

To cancel a booking, please open the confirmation URL provided in your confirmation email by clicking on "View Trip." This should allow you to cancel the booking. If you need assistance, please email our Team at hotels@livethedreamtravel.com. If it is a time-sensitive issue, please contact the hotel directly and follow up with an email to our team.
